Please note that in this system, surnames and titles appear without spaces or hyphens. So, for example, if your name happens to be Ms Tara Palmer-Tomkinson it will appear as PALMERTOMKINSON/TARAMS.

Airline reservation systems sometimes 'take over' your booking when you make changes with them when you are travelling. If this happens this system might not reflect your updated itinerary details.

Advance Passenger Data for all travel to the USA

From 1st November 2010 it is mandatory to include the following passenger data on all airline reservations to the USA. This also includes all passengers in transit at any US airport, even if only in transit for a few hours.

Airlines must submit full passenger data 72 hours prior to departure to the US Department of Homeland Security. This passenger data must include date of birth, gender, full name (including all middle names), passport number, passport expiry date, nationality and country where your passport was issued. The US authorities will not accept any passenger records which do not contain full passenger data, therefore any passengers who have not provided this information to the airline may be cancelled without notice. This is in addition to your successful ESTA visa application which you will need to complete separately.
